Participants are equipped with skills across the entire coffee value chain—from planting and harvesting to processing and marketing. Fair Trade and Community Investment

Moreover, a portion of the profits from the sale of roasted coffee is reinvested into community projects. These projects are designed to further support persons with hearing impairment, enhancing their quality of life and fostering a sense of community solidarity.
A Personal Connection
The motivation behind this initiative is deeply personal. The Nassuna Angella our co-founder of the project was raised by a guardian with hearing impairment and understands the unique challenges faced by this community. In Uganda, approximately four million people live with hearing impairment, and this project aims to create a significant impact on their lives.
